Fill in the player's details below. Every player taking part in an MPBBA event must be registered through an affiliated district association — choose your district in the form.
What happens next
- You receive a reference number on screen as soon as the form is submitted.
- The Association office and your district unit see the entry immediately.
- The office verifies the details and marks the registration approved.
- Quote your reference number in any phone call or message about the registration.
Keep these ready
Nothing needs to be uploaded except a photograph, but bring the originals of these to the venue for verification.
Age group events: age is counted on the cut-off date printed in the tournament
circular, not on the date of the tournament. Check the
circular before choosing a category.
Your information: the details are stored only for registration, selection and
participation records. Only the last four digits of any ID number are kept. For a player under
18, the form must be filled in by a parent or guardian.
