Circulars & Notices
Every official communication issued by the Association office — tournament circulars, affiliation notices, registration guidelines and general notices.
Authenticity: only circulars published on this page or issued on the letterhead of
the Association over the signature of the General Secretary are official. If you receive a circular
from any other source, please verify it with the office before acting on it.
How to read a tournament circular
- Categories and age limits — with the exact cut-off date for age calculation
- Entry fee — amount per team or per player and the mode of payment
- Last date — after which no entry is accepted, without exception
- Venue and reporting time — including the managers' meeting time
- Documents — the originals every player must carry for scrutiny

Circulars are sent to the Secretary of every affiliated district association by email and post, and published here on the same day.
If your district unit has not received a circular, or your contact details have changed, please inform the office so that the mailing register can be corrected.
